Casa Botica a house for up to 4 in Cortes de la Frontera

Casa Botica is in one of the larger villages which can be found sitting on a hillside. The road to the village is good and winds around the mountains with some good views and then suddenly, the village appears. It is within easy reach of the famous town of Ronda being only about forty minutes drive away. Ronda is a famous white town, steeped in history and very architectural.

The house although having all of the modern facilities has retained most of the original Spanish feel. It has two ensuite bedrooms and sleeps up to four people, although there is another small ornate bed in a side room downstairs, which could sleep a child.

The house is a typical Spanish village house, plenty of space and full of charm, equipped with an efficient wood burning stove to keep the house warm in the winter, so would be ideal for all year round letting. The outside areas are on different levels, with one area under cover.

Accommodation

The front door opens into the lounge with the wood burning stove, Sky TV and comfortable furniture. A games room off of the lounge, also has an ornate small bed suitable for a child. This room has plenty of board type games and books.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything for cooking and eating family meals and opens to the outside areas.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and walk in wardrobe, with a good size ensuite bathroom with heated towel rail. The wood burner chimney acts as a radiator in this bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and a shower ensuite room. There is an electric heater in this bedroom.

Outside, there is a wet room with toilet and steps lead up to three different levels with terraces, one of which is under cover for either shade or the odd miserable day, where you can eat or just enjoy a bottle of wine.
