El Encanto is located in the small village of Benaojan, only twenty minutes from the famous town of Ronda. The village is a very friendly village and has a new communal swimming pool. The surrounding area has stunning scenery and is within 30 minutes drive of the lake at Zahara where you can canoe or swim in the lake, or enjoy the lovely views and walks around the lake. Marbella is about one hour away with its variety of shops and long beach or if you want water sports you will find it all here.
El Encanto has been beautifully renovated and refurbished. It is a very spacious village house and has been renovated and refurbished to very high standard, giving a very light and airy three bedroom house. This house has full central heating for the winter.

Accommodation
The front door leads into the large open plan lounge, diner, kitchen. This room had been carefully designed giving each part its own designated area, with the kitchen in a large alcoved area and separated from the lounge by a breakfast bar while the dining area is partly divided by a wall. This large room has two very large windows to the front and a very clever Andalucian patio with table and chairs for dining outside. The Andalucia patio is closed off with patio doors so as not to let the heat out in the winter, but in the summer it gives a chimney effect and by opening up the patio doors, it lets the heat rise and therefore makes the lounge area cool. The Andalucian patio is also an ideal place to enjoy your meals.
The lounge has comfortable sofas, TV and video with a supply of videos. The dining area is complete with a large table and chairs. The kitchen is well supplied with dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob and washing machine as well as cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery.
Upstairs are three double sized bedrooms and a bathroom. The two bedrooms to the front are both doubles (one with en-suite) with large double beds and places for your clothes, both have little balconies too. The bedroom to the back is a double room with twin beds and places for your clothes.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and basin.
This house gives the feeling of space and comfort being completed to a very high standard with both furniture and furnishings as well as the refurbishment of the house.
