Accommodation
The master bedroom has a king size bed and built in wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet and double sinks. The other 2 double bedrooms, both with twin beds and built in wardrobes, have an inter-connecting bathroom with shower and toilet. A cloakroom is also to found near the front door with a toilet and basin.
The well-appointed kitchen with its masses of work surfaces, full size oven and hob, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils and plenty of cutlery and crockery, is at the heart of the property. It overlooks the patio and pool, but with open access to the dining area and the utility/laundry room.
The dining area with its table and chairs, is defined from the lounge by the central chimney holding a double glass sided woodburner which gives the benefit of its heat to both areas. In the lounge, are comfortable sofas and coffee tables.
Via a Moorish staircase and suspended walkway the upstairs 'snug' with its comfortable furniture invites you just to lounge around. This inside balcony overlooks the dining area, but if you open the double doors, to the outside balcony, you can sit outside with your bottle of wine and watch the wildlife and birds.
The patio with built in barbecue is accessed from the property via the living room. The kitchen windows also open up onto this area. The area around the house is gravelled offering ample parking.
