Huerta Bocaleones is named after the river that flows past the end of the garden. The villa is situated off a quiet lane near the lake at Zahara, with the quiet river running along behind it. It is within easy reach of the famous town of Ronda being only about twenty minutes drive away. Ronda is a very architectural town steeped in history. The whole area offers beautifully walks with plenty of wildlife, while the lake offers swimming and canoing. The village of Zahara is only a few minutes away by car.
The villa and pool stands within a fence and lockable gates in a quiet area. It has four bedrooms and sleeps up to eight people

Accommodation
The villa is a very Spanish and charming rustic country house on two levels. There is a heating system throughout with the option of air-conditioning when required, making the villa suitable for use all year round
Downstairs the front door opens into the living room with TV (Spanish channels only) and comfortable sofas and chairs around an open fireplace.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has an electrical digital ceramic hob, large fridge, freezer, microwave oven and toaster amongst other appliances. To eat inside there is a dining table with chairs.
The bathroom, also on the ground floor, is fully tiled with a full-sized bath with shower, basin, toilet and washing-machine.
A marble staircase leads up to the four double bedrooms, two with double beds and the other two having twin beds. All rooms have views of the lush green area.
Outside. Just outside the door there is also another shower room, ideal for use in the summer time, or as a second shower room. Also just by the villa is a covered area with a barbecue and table and chairs for eating el fresco, while enjoying the views of the private garden and pool.
The pool measures 7 x 3 metres and is set nicely in the carefully tended garden with a lawn, flowers and olive trees. It is an ideal spot to relax and a painters paradise, as not only have you the private garden to paint but the scene of the river passing by and the lake only a few minutes up the road.
